Registration has started!
It's time! Time to register for the 2008-2009 Gay and Lesbian Volleyball League. The sports center has been reserved, the organisation has been manned up, so now it's your turn!

Who can register?
Everyone!
The league is open to everybody, also to teams who are not linked to a club. The team composition is up to you. Mixed teams (m/f) are welcome, too!

How much does it cost?
The registration fee for this season amounts to €250,- per team. This amount should be remitted to the following bank account:

Registration only becomes final if your completed registration form and payment have been received by the organisers. In terms of registration, it's first come, first served.

How to register?

2. By downloading/printing the form as a Word document (dutch only).

Brief explanation of the registration form
Club name: if your team is not linked to a club, leave this field empty
Team name: during the season, the team name CANNOT be changed. If two teams register with the same name, the first applicant has the right to carry this name and the second party shall choose an alternative.
Level (Niveau): the value you enter will be regarded as your preference. If really needed, the organisers may choose to list your team in a different group. You will normally be contacted prior to this.
Contact persons: for each team we require 2 contact persons, with their names, phone numbers and e-mail addresses, in order to be sure to reach the team with important information.

Important to know!
We like to stress the fact that if you participate in the competition in any way, shape or form, that you implicitly accept that the organisers cannot be held liable for any injuries, lost or stolen property, etc. The Benelux Gay Volleyball League can and will not assume any liability. If it's important for you, please make sure you have the appropriate insurance. One way to reduce a number of injuries is to adhere to the rules of play.
